VetCloud is highly intuitive, but if help is needed we can offer a variety of training options. We run online training, can visit your practice, carry out videoconferencing with screen sharing or are simply on the end of a phone.

In addition, we have full help documentation and help pop ups on each page. 

There’s also a Customer Support Portal available to users enabling them to post questions directly from a particular page in VetCloud.

VetCloud has a Feedback button on every page for sending tips, suggestions. We respond to user feedback and often update our product to reflect what our users ask for.
